It’s locally sourced, environmentally sensitive, produced to the highest-welfare standards and matured traditionally, resulting in tender succulent meat with unbeatable flavour. On the drinks list meanwhile, we offer a number of local beers and organic wines, with coffees and teas to help you start your day, or relax mid-afternoon with one of our delicious home-made brownies and cakes. In the kitchen, we boast the best chefs around.
